I visited this place after it was recommended to me by a friend who is a foodie. The owner, Hiroyuki Yamamoto, opened his shop in Nishi-Azabu after training in Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo. He may look young, but he has been in this field for 27 years, so he has a lot of experience. The courses are ¥10,000 and ¥15,000, and this time I ordered ¥15,000. ●Soy milk tofu ●Hassun Okahijiki soaked rock Prosciutto Dashi-wrapped egg Boiled Japanese yam Chicken meatballs with Japanese pepper Cherry tomato compote Young sweetfish pickled in nanban Snap peas Young kelp Whisk shellfish ●Clam bowl with mandarin yam White asparagus Rubbing away. It's interesting to add a little béchamel sauce. ●Sashimi Grilled greenling with frosting, Ink squid, Kitayori shellfish, Soy sauce, Salted ponzu sauce ●Bacon and lily root steamed egg custard, Cheese on top. ●Snow crab with Vinegared dish cucumber sauce ●Kamo eggplant dengaku Stewed wagyu beef in sigure ●Salt-grilled sweet sea bream Pea sauce Early harvested corn ●Rice with conger eel and Manganji chili peppers Red soup stock Pickles ●Brown sugar agar Loquat compote Japanese Japanese-style meal Adding bechamel sauce, bacon, etc. to the base makes for an interesting dish. The general was a calm, down-to-earth, and very pleasant person. This is a store I'm looking forward to ☆
