¥12000でこれだけ楽しめる☆
去年伺って、そのコスパの良さに驚いて、
また伺ってみました。
去年より少し上がりましたが、
それでも¥12000。
シャンパンや銘酒の入ったフリーフローを付けても¥17800。
内容を考えるとかなりお得なので、
今回はこちらをお願いしました。
●あおさ海苔と子持ち昆布の和風リゾット
●刺身 三厩まぐろ
●黒ムツと聖護院大根のお椀
●ひらすずきと生姜の春巻き
●丹沢天然クレソンと蟹のサラダ
●おぼろ豆腐と白子の銀餡かけ
●長芋と鮎ウルカ
●平目バーガー
●琵琶湖子持ちわかさぎ南蛮
●所沢三澤牛のやわらか煮
●鶏卵カレー麺
●その時美味しいマルガーのジェラート最中

今回も楽しませていただきました☆
¥11000でこれだけ楽しめる☆
鮨・和のぎとしてオープンされて、
金土は別の大将がつけ場に立たれていますが、
月～木は京都の老舗和食店にいらしたという長田氏が、
腕を揮います。
秩父・三峯神社の樹齢250年の御神木で造られたカウンター。
伊豆観音温泉のお水が置かれていて、
シリカ水にハマっているので個人的に嬉しいです♪
おまかせコースは￥11000（税込み）のみ。
お店に伺ってから聞いたのですが、
飲み放題をつけても￥16500。
しかも名酒やシャンパーニュなども入っているそう！
これは飲み放題付けた方が良いですね。
●聖護院大根のふろふき
春菊のお浸し
お出汁がきちんと美味しいです。
●刺身 石川能登の寒ブリ
和芥子おろしと。
手前に腹の部位で、
間にいただくのがオススメとの事。
しっかりと旨味が乗っていて美味しい♪
●甘鯛と舞茸のお椀
淡い吸い地で、
お出汁が丁寧に引いてあります。
後で京都にいらした名店を聞いて納得。
●しらすと生姜の春巻き
駿河湾の生しらすと、
新生姜の春巻き。
生姜が効いていて美味しい。
●月光百合根とキャビア
糖度の高いこちらの百合根、
大好きなので嬉しいです！
●駿河湾 生の桜エビ
お出汁をかけて。
●おぼろ豆腐と生雲丹
恵比寿の豆腐食堂さんのもので、
とても濃厚です♪
●あん肝とリンゴの黄身酢かけ
組み合わせが面白いです。
●平目バーガー
平目の天ぷら、
山葵ソース、
べったら漬けを少し。
代々木駅前のJB'sTOKYOさんのパンだそう。
●所沢牛黒胡椒やわらか煮
三澤牛のランプ、
隠し味に皮ごとのにんにくを一緒に炊いて。
柔らかく、美味しいです。
●鶏卵カレー麺
長崎県島原の素麺会社のちゃんぽん麺を使用。
カレーには…という事で、
桃のリキュールのラッシー風と。
●その時美味しいマルガーのジェラート
酒粕のジェラート。
●季節の果実 ラフランス
一保堂の煎り番茶。
予想を裏切る良さでした。
￥11000という中で、
正直キャビアなどは難しいと思いますが、
寒鰤の質の良さや、
お野菜などもとても良い食材を使われている事に驚きです。
そして何よりお出汁がきちんと美味しい！
この価格だとお酒に合うような濃いめになりがちなところを、
食材を楽しませもらえるのは素晴らしいです。
加えて平目バーガーやカレー麺など、
やりすぎない変化球があるのも楽しいです。
マネージャーの鷹箸氏のサービスも素晴らしく、
初めてでも笑いの絶えない時間となりました。
