広尾駅の１番出口をでて少し路地を歩いた４Fの隠れ家的なお店です。
満足度のMaxの贅沢コースです。
料理はもちろんですが、お酒も最高なのです。
旬なお酒のチョイスですでにもう行きたいです。
店内は落ち着いていてデートや接待にも使えそう。

スパークリングやガス感の強い日本酒はたまりません！
お酒のセンスが良すぎます。
あおさ海苔と子持ち昆布の和風リゾット
→和風の優しい出汁が効いており、子持ち昆布の素材の味を深く味わえる一品です。
スパークリングの日本酒にも合い優しい口当たり。
刺身（八丈島鮪）
→和からしを溶かした醤油が甘口のマグロの旨みを引き出します。ワインにも合いそうなお刺身でした。おかわりしたい。
黒ムツと聖護院大根のお椀 京の白味噌仕立ておめん
→黒ムツはもちろんですが野菜もあきる野市の大根とほうれん草を使用されており野菜にのこだわりも◎
和風リゾットの優しい口当たりから、マグロの深みのある味わい、そしてお椀ものでまたお口がライトにリセットされ、次の春巻きに上手にバトンタッチ。
すずきと生姜の春巻き
→春巻きファンにはたまらない。創作春巻き。ふきのとうなど季節を感じる野菜も実は入っており洗練された春巻き。あと２、３本食べれますw
丹沢天然クレソンと蟹のさらだ
→小菅村山椒が粉にされており、すごく良い香り。あっさり食べられ、日本酒にもとっても合います。
ホタルイカ黄身酢かけ
→黄身酢を初めていただきました。卵黄と酢の調味料のようです！ホタルイカにすごくあい日本酒の最高の肴です。
おぼろ豆腐と白子の銀餡かけ
→お出汁の味が白子を引き立てます！白子好きにはたまりません！
平目バーガー
→これが最高。山葵とヌカタクワンが隠し味で素敵。
琵琶湖子持ちわかさぎ南蛮
→子持ちわかさぎは初でした。南蛮好きにはたまらない。粉のない揚げ方で初めての食感でした。
所沢三牛のやわらか煮
→日本酒にもワインにも合いそうなランプはとても柔らかく牛肉好きには最高のV。
鶏卵カレー麺
→うんカレー好きには最高ですね、最後の締めにはぴったりです。
その時の美味しいマルガーのジェラート最中
→アイスがうまい。甘味がちょうどよくびっくり
季節の果実
→今回は熊本のみかんでした。甘すぎずちょうどいい酸味。ペロリ
お酒も全部美味しくてとても最高なディナーでした！
