しっとりとした高級感のある店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で
デートや会食などにおすすめ。
最初はスパークリングワインをいただきましが
日本酒の種類が豊富なようで色々飲ませていただきました。
風味もさまざまで、甘いものから辛口のもの
イチジクの香りがする独特なものまで色々ありました。
和食にやはり日本酒は合いますね。
お水がペットボトルで温泉水が置いてあり、減ってきたら新しいものを出してくれます。
まったくクセがないので、次の料理やお酒が出てきたタイミングでお口のリセットに飲みました。
次々と提供される料理は
その時期の食材を美味しい調理法で。
全部書くとかなり長くなっちゃうので一部抜粋して…。
■物集女(もずめ)竹の子煮
花山椒が乗っていて見た目も上品な印象。
花山椒の豊かな香りと竹の子の風味が相性良い。
■かつおのお刺身
２種類の味付けで。
わさび醤油も美味しかったけどゴマとの相性の良さにびっくり。
旨味が強く、見た目赤いからマグロかなって思ったけど
口に入れるとしっかりかつおの風味、うまい。
■海老春巻き
春巻きがめちゃ熱だったけど中に海老がぎっしり入っていて
サクサクの皮と合わさって最高でした。
手で持って食べれるのもライトな感じで食べやすいです。
■どろ豚の西京煮
箸で切れるほどの柔らかいお肉に味付けもほどよく、お腹はそこそこいっぱいでしたが
ぱくぱくと食べれる感じでした。
■握り
5種類いただきました。
手を拭くやつが出てきたので
お～手で食べるやつだ…！と
カウンターで目の前で握られるお鮨。
今まで箸で食べる人生でしたが、せっかくだし手でいただく事に。
手で食べると絶妙にふわっと握られた触感が手でも楽しめるのだなと。
カウンターの上にあるお皿？に握られたお鮨が置かれるので(写真は撮るけど)テンポよく口にも運んでいきます。
ネタと一体になったシャリがホロホロと崩れ口いっぱいに美味しさが広がります。
■デザート
酒粕のジェラートと黄金柑。
酒粕の風味がしっかり香るジェラートで冷たさがお酒で火照った身体を覚ましてくれます。
黄金柑は初めて食べましたが、薄皮がかなり薄く甘味と酸味がほどよい。
〆にふさわしい柑橘でした。
