《感想》
初訪問のこのお店。
広尾にあるハイコスパな隠れ家和食。
大将は京都の有名なお店で１５年以上経験されてきた方です。
とても気になっていたお店で念願の訪問。
隠れ家のようなおしゃれな空間の店内。
中央にとても大きなL字型のカウンター。
このカウンターがなんと秩父「三峯神社」の樹齢２５０年の御神木で作られたカウンターなんです！！
とてもスベスベしててかなりいい匂いがします。
まさにご飯食べながらのパワースポットでした。
今回は鮨と和食を両方楽しめるコース。
これに日本酒の銘柄入り飲み放題が付いててこの値段はかなり衝撃、、、、

最初に出た日本酒がなんと、、、
十四代の龍の落とし子！！！
分かる人にはこの凄さが分かります、、、
一瞬で心奪われました。
日本酒大好きでかなり飲んでる方だと思うのですが知らないものが3つほどあり、とても楽しかったです。

一品一品とても上品で美味しい。
旬の食材、調理法のこだわりが素晴らしく職人さんの技を楽しめます。
どの料理にも日本酒がとても合うので箸もお酒も止まらなかった。
デザートまでもレアな日本酒の酒粕が使われており、終始感動でした。
接客がとても素晴らしく、こちらのペースに合わせて料理、お酒を提供してくれるのでとても快適に素敵な時間を過ごすことができます。
