広尾駅から徒歩3分の和食屋さんで、4階のお店に入ると落ち着いた雰囲気の店内が広がります。席数はカウンター席が6席、個室が4席程度ですが、目の前で料理が作られる様子を楽しむことができました。日本酒のラインナップが豊富で、十四代など珍しい入手困難なお酒もたくさんあります。
和食・おまかせ銘酒入り飲み放題付きコース 17,800円 をいただきました。
・物集女竹の子煮
京都で白土を栽培し、たけのこの色が白く、えぐみがなく柔らかいです。付き合わせの白子も美味しかったです。
・刺身 土佐のかつお
5kg超えの魚を使用し、パッと見るとマグロに似ています。赤身はからし醤油で、炙りは薬味のネギと胡麻ソースでいただきました。鮮度抜群で口の中でとろけるような美味しさでした。
・新玉ねぎと穴子のお椀
静岡の玉ねぎを蒸してとても甘く、心温まる味わいでした。
・芝海老春巻き
サクサクの衣の中には海老がたっぷり、ぷりっとした食感が最高でした。
・あん肝パン
有名店のパンを取り寄せ、ふんわりとした食感とトロトロのあん肝が美味しかったです。
・かつお菜のじゃこ炒め
シンプルながら風味豊かで、お酒が進む一品でした。
・さんまの灰干し
昔ながらの製法で作った干物で、アルカリ成分でアミノ酸が出ています。旨みが濃縮されています。
・どろ豚の西京煮
柔らかく煮込まれた豚肉と西京味噌の相性が抜群で、隠し味の酒粕もいいアクセントになりました。
・鮨握り 5貫
長崎のどぐろを炙って、香りが良いです。
東京 三宅島の大型マグロを使用し、中トロですが、脂がたっぷりとっています。
石川県のアジ
北海道のホッキ貝
少し炙って甘みが引き立ちます。
沖縄の車海老
生きたままの新鮮な車海老をさっと茹で、甘みが引き立ちます。
ウニ ロシア馬糞ウニ
・本日のマルガーのジェラートと果実
ジェラートは酒粕味で、黄金柑はとても爽やかで、最後の〆が完璧でした。
接客も丁寧、大人な上品な時間を過ごせました。機会があればまた利用したいと思います。
