☆手巻きおにぎりを基本としたCafe&Bar

★手巻きにするには海苔が小さく、やや湿気っている
★9種の具剤をよりおにぎり向きの物に進化させて欲しい
まだ建設中のビルの３階に2024/02に誕生した真新しいお店です。
「手巻きおにぎりを基本としたCafe&Bar」とのキャッチですが、店内にバーコーナーは見当たらず、ベランダのある窓に面したカウンター席と4人用白木のテーブル四つの構成。更にカーテンで仕切れる4人用テーブル２つのコーナーもあります。
インテリアは基本的にベージュの床壁天井と椅子、ソファ。テーブルのみ白木で、シンプル&スタイリッシュな仕上がりです。

９つに仕切られた木の箱に９種の小鉢が入っており美しい。この木箱の蓋にご飯と枡に入った海苔、わかめの味噌汁が載って居ます。
小鉢には、山芋、サーモン、イワシ煮、茗荷と胡瓜、ホタテ刺しのいくら乗せ、茄子と胡瓜の漬物、たらことジャコ、牛すき焼き、だし巻き玉子、
手巻きにするには海苔が小さいので、途中から具をおかずに、海苔包みご飯でいただきました。ご飯がとても美味しいのが印象的です。
9種の具材は、よりおにぎり向きの内容に進化していくことを期待します。
デザートに爽やかなレモンシャーベットが出ました。
美しいライトグリーンの水出し柚子緑茶はポッドで供されます。ほのかにゆずの香りのする爽やかなアイス緑茶、これは美味しい。
コース設定があり、ノリで巻く本格的手巻き以外に付いてくるケサディーヤでタコスのにするものもあり楽しそう。
ランチとしては価格設定が問題な気はします。
これからの進化と夜の設定を楽しみにまた訪れたいと思います。
