ミシュラン☆☆の高級精進料理なる不思議なジャンル。精進料理といえば清貧なイメージだか、精進のルール内で美味しさを追及した感じ。マツタケなどもあり豪華さはあるが、やはり肉も魚も無いとなると、すべて前菜で終わってしまった感がある。新鮮な野菜に美味しい出汁がとても美味しいので年寄りには良いかな。
仲居さんが若くて美人揃いでトークも上手く、最初はコンパニオンかと思ってしまった。
店内は清潔感がありとても良かった。
