愛宕山のたもと、裏路地にひっそりある隠れ家的なビストロ、ビストロチカラ に行ってきました。
テーブル席２つカウンター、７席ほどの小さなお店ですが、雰囲気がいいです。
水曜日の夜で、先客２組、後から一組で満席状態になりました。
奥のテーブル席に座りました。
注文したのは、
本日の鮮魚カルパッチョ

です。
本日の鮮魚カルパッチョはクロムツ。厚めにカットされた魚はねっとりした食感にスッキリした味わい。オリーブオイルとスパイスのドレッシングが良いです。
自家製のポークハムは厚切りのカットで表面が焼かれているのか香ばしく、ハムの芳醇な味わいが美味しいです。添えてあるピクルスとマスタードも良いです。
サラダはレタス系に、アボカドのねっとり感、オニオンの角切りの入ったドレッシングがピリッとしています。天使の海老は大きく、プリプリの身が美味しいです。
焼き立てのキッシュはねじりほうれん草。トロッとタマゴの甘い味わいとほうれん草の苦みで良いです。全体にかかったチーズも良いです。
牛ハラミのグリルははらはらっとしたお肉でやわらかくうま味がしっかりしてます。
岩塩とオニオンソースでうま味が増しています。
フレンチフライもタップリで良いです。
クレームブリュレは表面がしっかりキャラメリゼされ甘い味わい。
中のカスタードクリームは滑らかで甘さしっかりで美味しいです。
コーヒーはマシンのでした。
