At Kaze no Oka Farm, where we receive direct shipments, we do not use chemical fertilizers, but use the power of natural enemies that exist in the natural ecosystem to prevent damage. Safe vegetables will teach you the true deliciousness of vegetables. Because Teppan-yaki is so simple, you cannot compromise on the selection of ingredients.
