すっかりジャケットがいらないくらいの気温
5月になるとすぐに初夏なのでしょう
沖縄も梅雨が早くなっているとの事で
気象庁の発表はないものの、感覚的には
既に梅雨の湿度だと現地の方が話されてました
さて！新しいスポットの麻布台ヒルズで会食
ワクワクしながら訪問しました
人口的な空間さはありますが 異次元のような
そんな場所です
昔の六本木ヒルズを思い出しました
今回、居酒屋うちやまさんは
タワープラザの３階にあります
虎ノ門ヒルズのテナント同様にお洒落なお店が
多くて、少し気が引けますが
うちやまさんは明るく、入りやすい雰囲気です
笑顔の女性スタッフに迎えられ
靴を脱いでカウンター前に
堀があってこれは寛げますね
目の前にピザ釜があって、500℃以上の高温で
一気に調理します
素材の持つ水分が一気に蒸される音がします
