私の大好きなお店の系列の新しい居酒屋。
社長の名前を屋号にし、15年ぶりに社長自ら店舗にも立っています！
場所は麻布台ヒルズの中にあり、高級感もあって素敵なお店でした。
カウンターに座りましたが、目の前にピザ釜があったり、板前さん達もとっても愛想が良く楽しめました！

これが肉汁たっぷりで激ウマ！
鰹節とチーズのアクセントがたまらん。

蝦夷鹿の山わさびソース。
めちゃくちゃ美味しくて感動！
火入れが上手くて、お肉も柔らかいし臭みもないのに、お肉の味が濃厚。
ソースもよく合う。
◆金目鯛しゃぶしゃぶ
生でも食べられる金目鯛をさっとしゃぶしゃぶ。
青菜はクレソン。とっても合う！

その日のおすすめの食材を沢山見せてくれるんだけど、私たちは甘鯛と大海老をチョイス！
他にも魅力的なものが沢山で迷った〜！

社長も素晴らしいホスピタリティで素敵な時間を過ごせました。
アラカルトのメニューも魅力的で、隣の席の人の料理とかもめっちゃ見ちゃった。笑
今回コースを頼んだけど、めっちゃ良かったし、私も主人も超お腹いっぱい！！
大満足。これで6600円は安過ぎないか？
コスパも良くてまたお気に入りのお店が増えました。
