左手奥の方に進んだところに店舗がある。
平日14時頃着。外待ちは2組10名程。
カウンター席は空いてるようだが前の組のためのテーブル席が空く迄待つこと15分。
左手券売機にて食券購入。
先ず言語を選択。店内orテイクアウトを選択。
続いてメニューを選択。
ヒルズ限定メニューを頂くつもりで来たが曜日限定も気になりそちらを。
おすすめメニューがデフォルト表示なので限定などは画面左側のタブから選択し画面遷移させる。
限定はメニュー名が無く金額が表示されたボタンに×印が付いたものがズラッと並びこの日の限定メニューの金額だけが選択できるようになっている。
ちょっと取っつきにくい設定。
メニューを選ぶとトッピング選択画面に遷移。
軍鶏肉、特製、チャーシュー、味玉から選択。
右下会計をタップ。
支払いは各種キャッシュレス対応。
スタッフさんに案内された席にて食券を渡す。
提供まで10〜15分。
スープの粘度は高め。家系豚骨ですかね。
魚介も程よく効いて美味い。
チャーシューは硬め。肉食べてる感満載。
味玉は割ると奇麗なオレンジ色。黄身が濃い。
中太の麺はやや硬め。ちょうどよい。
場所柄か外国人比率高し。この時間帯感覚では6割近い。
