平日昼間しか食べられないものが何かないかとネットサーフィンをしたところ、とあるまとめサイトにてこちらの店を発見し、アナゴとたまごが大変美味しそうだったので、平日休みの日を狙って訪問。
この日は１３じ前に訪問したのだが、私が店の前にきた時は二人しか並んでおらず、すぐに入店できた。
カウンターに着席後、店主のから注文を聞かれたので、穴子玉子ふはふは（1,400円）を注文。
注文後１０分ちょっとで提供される。大変早い。
穴子もふっくらで玉子もふわふわで大変美味い。
寿司でも穴子が好きなので、この穴子丼は個人的にたいへん幸せを感じられる一杯である。
他のメニューも美味しそうだったので、また訪問したい店である。
