小さい玄関だが、２階に通されると、大きな広間の中央にロの字型のカウンターが有り、そのカウンターの中が調理場で、詰めれば20名以上は入りそうな広さ
年を取ったちょっと頼りなげな感じのご主人が天麩羅を揚げている
英語話者の白人外国人の客が居たが、ご主人は英語で対応されている
柚子皮が少し散らされた大根おろしと天汁の相性は抜群で、塩より断然汁で食べたい
揚げも軽やかで美味
かき揚げは天茶にしたが、蒸らしにも気遣いがある
