かなり昔に一度来た記憶がありますが、あまりにも朧気で、近くまで来たので訪問。
予約なしで行ったところ、最後のひと席が空いていたので滑り込み。
この後に来たお客さんは満席を理由に断られていましたので、よかったー。
▼梅コース
突出し2、海老5、魚4、季節野菜、かき揚、赤だし、香の物、果物。
突出しは、胡麻豆腐と里芋の甘辛味噌がけ。
前者は胡麻の風味しっかり、後者は荷崩れ寸前の良い状態のお芋に味濃いめの味噌ダレは◎。
続いて、天ぷら（天つゆ、柚子風味（？）の大根おろし、塩もいただけます）。
海老5のうち、最初に3。
魚4のうち大葉を巻いた烏賊（柔らかい烏賊と香り高い大葉の最高の組合せ!!）と海老2が同時。
続いて、鱚、女鯒（？）、穴子（大きいのが二切れ）。
合間合間に、椎茸、三連の銀杏、蓮根、茄子、南瓜、万願寺唐辛子。
締めに天茶も出来るとおっしゃっていましたが、かき揚は天丼をオーダー。
小海老がたっぷり入ったかき揚と、べちゃっとならない程度にあまじょっぱいタレ、ふっくらご飯の最恐トリオが登場。
そんなに量も多くないのであっちゅー間に完食ｗ
赤だし（なめこ、豆腐、三つ葉）、香の物（胡瓜、キャベツ、蕪、沢庵）も天丼と定食風に出てくるので、ちょいちょい舌をリセットしながら。
最後の果物は、梨、黒砂糖のババロアでした。
梨は豊水でしょうか、ババロアは天ぷら屋で出てくるとは思いもよりませんでしたが、普通に美味しかったです。
天ぷらは、さくさくの高級で上品なタイプではなく、昔ながらのざくざくした感じのタイプ。
これは、天ぷらに何を望むかで評価がわかれそうだなぁ、と思いました。
