東京メトロ千代田線「赤坂駅」から徒歩2分。
本場韓国料理が食べたくなり、こちらのお店へ。
昔から赤坂は韓国料理のお店が充実していて、
好きなお店もいくつかあります。
今回は、醤油ケジャンが食べたく、チョンギワ新館さんを訪問。
浅漬けキムチは、シャキシャキの白菜の食感がよく、
白菜自体の甘みもあり、槍烏賊の良いアクセントとなって美味しい。
何よりも量がすごい。
豚カルビは2人前から。
一切れ一切れが大きく、ハサミでチョキチョキしながら好みのサイズに。
お目当ての醤油ケジャン。
プラス料金でケジャンライスも食べれます。
ケジャンを口の中に含み、チューチュー吸っていただきます。
醤油の染み込んだ蟹身がとても美味しい。
確か、福井の『川喜』で食べた蟹も同じ食べ方。
冷麺は極細麺が冷んやりスープと絡んでこちらも美味です。
