The famous Cold Noodles are made with homemade noodles that are as thin as 0.9 mm in diameter but have a strong chewy texture, and a soup made with carefully boiled ingredients such as beef bones, green onions, and Chinese herbal ingredients. We are proud of the refreshing taste of the clear soup, with not a single drop of fat floating around, even when it is cold enough to freeze. In its home country of Korea, it is so loved that it can be eaten even in winter in a warm room. Also, be sure to try the ``Bibim Noodles'' tossed with chili pepper sauce, which is a masterpiece that has both umami and sweetness.
