ランチは食べたことがありませんが、夜は非常に満足度が高いです。
理由は以下の通り！
比内鶏のモモ焼きは、完璧な焼き加減、素材も極めて良いのだと思いますが、あちこちの鶏を食べましたが、知る限りでは赤坂最強と言えます。（他のエリアを入れても最強なのですが）なにせ皮のパリッと感、肉のうま味（レア）、塩加減どれも非の打ち所がありません。これだけ食べるために行く価値あります。
お刺身も非常に良い。鮮度は当たり前ですが、一つ一つのうま味が違うんですよ！同じ鯛でも「うわっウマイ」と思ってしまいます。当然ながら日によって魚は違いますがハズレはありません。
その他の料理もどれをとっても最適な「加減」なんですよね。お新香すら野菜のおいしさが口の中で「ぱっ」と広がるような具合。値段は高くないのに、とても食材の活かし方が良いということなのだと思います。
カウンター内の調理長（らしき方）のたたずまいもよく、何の押しつけがましさもなく、てきぱきと仕事している様子も好感が持てます。
カウンター良し、座敷（掘りごたつ）よし。
私は友人に「和食がいいな」と言われたら、まずここに来ることにしています。
絶対のオススメです。職場の連中ともたまに行くのですが、このお店の第一発見者としては鼻高々です。
難点を一つあげると、「ウニトロからませ」という魅惑のメニューが無くなってしまったことでしょうか。
（ウニとトロを絡ませてあるのですが、これは当たり前ながら美味すぎます）
