..., the "skinned thigh Grilled skewer" are grilled all at once over high-temperature domestic Bincho charcoal, with a two-stage preparation that gives it a crispy texture like pie and a mouth-filling gravy. The result of carefully selecting only the ingredients that I think are delicious to eat includes Toyokeya Yamamoto's zaru tofu, local fish from Choshi, pesticide-free vegetables, and salt. The craftsmanship that utilizes the materials is amazing!
