This chicken restaurant is located on the 6th floor of the Akasaka Alto Building, a 30-second walk from Akasaka-Mitsuke Station. When you enter the store, there is a counter on your right hand side, and a Japanese-style room with a raised kotatsu floor on the left and in the back. There were only two of us, but we were seated in a Japanese-style room with four seats. The specialty here is Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl), which is made with ``Japan's best eggs,'' so I ordered the special Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) set meal (1,100 yen). For the set meal, you can choose one of three types of Small dish: ``minced chicken'', ``Japan's best quality egg (raw egg)'', and `` Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) grated yam''. '', so I chose ``minced chicken.'' When making Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) or Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl), Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) ingredients and rice were served separately in a pot with a handle, and you could either put them on top of the rice or pick them up with chopsticks. I put it all into the rice. Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) has a less sweet taste and a texture you've never had before. Is it to not spoil the flavor of the Akita Hinai chicken and egg? The half-boiled eggs were perfect, and there was plenty of Hinai chicken. Small dish of ``minced chicken'' is flavored with ginger and delicious. It was an Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) set meal that was one rank higher than the sweet Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) that I usually eat.
