赤坂通りの南、みすじ通り沿いにある
人気老舗韓国料理店。
この界隈は韓国料理店が集まる地域。
1986年竣工、シントミ赤坂第2ビルの
1階と4階で24H営業。
ある日前を通ると
30食限定ワンコインランチの案内が出ていた。
プーチンのウクライナ侵攻以来、
燃料費、食材の高騰で、
食事代もどんどん上がり、
23年5月以降、
800円を切るランチがほとんど消えてしまった。
その中、
いまだワンコインランチを維持しているのは
凄いと思い、日を改め
少し早めに店に行ってみた。
到着したのは11時40分過ぎ、
ワンコインランチは
まだあることを確認して入店。
まだ客はまばら、
4人テーブルをワンブロックとして
すだれで区切られている。
店内はチープな造り。
席に着くなり、
注文前にお通しと称し、
数々のキムチ類が出される。
ワンコインランチをお願い。
月ｰ金のみの曜日替りで、
この日は「餃子スープ」。
大きなモニターからは
お昼のワイドショーが大音量で流れる一方、
BGMはKポップが流れる。
すぐ届くかと思いきや、
注文が入ってから
丁寧に作り始めるようで、
届いたのは注文から13分後。
白ご飯とスープ。
ご飯の器に対し、スープの器が半端なく大きい。
白濁スープの中に大量の餃子。
スープには餃子の他に
溶き卵、ニラ、ネギ、海苔など。
白菜キムチは
まだ漬け立てという感じでシャキシャキだが、
漬けダレがとても美味い。
この発酵が進むとさぞかしもっと美味い事だろう。
餃子はニンニクは強すぎず
肉と野菜のバランスが取れたもの。
10個以上は
このスープに潜んでいるだろうか。
スープが美味しく
すくっていると
端切れ肉など他にも色んな具が出てくる。
辛くはないが、
身体の中から温まり、
徐々に汗が噴き出す。
滋味深いスープを飲み干して、
PayPayでお支払いしてご馳走さま。
これでワンコインとは驚きである。
