The Japanese black-throat ``Red Hitomi'' is soaked in salt water, dried for half a day, then grilled and served. This is a popular menu item that has been loved for many years, and even customers from overseas come to our store just for it. Horse sashimi shipped directly from Kumamoto with a perfect balance of lean meat and marbling, homemade mentaiko, and kakuni made with Kagoshima black pork are also popular. For first-time customers, we recommend the ``Ichizen Set'', which includes seven Kyushu specialties, including horse sashimi, Hakata's famous sesame mackerel, and game stew. We will convey the charm of Kyushu, which is blessed with rich ingredients, through food and sake.

After the dinner time from 18:00 to 22:00 is over, the curtain will be changed to "Shinya Shokudo Tango Sakashita" from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. We do not have a menu, but we mainly prepare set meals based on the customers' requests using ingredients purchased that day. “Shinya Shodo” is another face of a “late night Cafeterias”. Dinners with mainly alcoholic drinks, late-night Cafeterias with mainly set meals - whether you want to drink delicious sake or have a meal after work. Kyushu is known for its delicious shochu. We offer over 20 types, including standard ones as well as rare brands. We normally stock around 15 types of sake, and we change out about 5 types of seasonal local sake every month, so you'll be able to discover new flavors no matter when you visit. If you like shochu and sake, please try our homemade fruit wine. This fruit wine is made by soaking seasonal fruits for about three months, and it is refreshing yet has a rich and deep flavor.

The store opened in Akasaka and has remained unchanged for over 20 years. We have carved out history together with the people who work and live in this town. The counter seats on the first floor are easy to stop by for a drink after work. There is also a private room for 4 people in the back. The second floor can also be used for entertaining, with a kotatsu table for up to 6 people and a table for 8 people.
