赤坂見附で友人とフラリと入った山海料理店。
旬な天然魚と季節と産地にこだわった野菜が楽しめるお店と云う事らしい。
◎ふっくら牛旁の唐揚げ
私は牛蒡の天ぷらや唐揚げが大好物なのだが、これは絶品だ！
衣はカラリと揚げられ、中の太牛蒡はふっくら。
まさに理想の"牛旁の唐揚げ"である！
他に『刺身 おまかせ盛合せ 5点盛り』、『かま塩焼』なども頂いたが、そちらもまずます。
"牛旁の唐揚げ"は他でも色々食べたが、今の処ここのがNo.1！
いずれまた来たいと思う。
