The main characteristics of Yamagata beef are its long growing time and the quality of its carcass. While regular Wagyu beef takes about 25 months to be shipped, most Yamagata beef is raised over 30 months before being shipped. Be sure to try Meat Dishes which have become softer and more flavorful through long-term rearing. We also offer Shimanto Pork branded pork from Kochi Prefecture! The grilled meat is tender and juicy and is exquisite!
