赤坂ランチのお話。
エスプラナード通り沿いにある「わらやき屋」さんへ。
今まで夜営業のみでしたが、コロナの影響で２０年5／８からランチ営業を開始しました。
「わらやき屋」さんは土佐料理店でダイヤモンドダイニングホールディングの運営で全国に１９店舗あります。
赤坂店は2013年2月のオープンです。
初訪問です。
テイクアウトも実施中です。
カウンター席、座敷、ボックス、テーブル席もあります。
カウンター席へ。
先客は結構入っていました。人気があるようです。
さてメニューは
・藁焼きかつを定食＠1,000（全て税込）
・土佐流！鶏の唐揚げ定食＠880
・かつを漬け丼＠780 も可
・釜揚げしらす丼＠780
・かつを漬け丼としらす丼とのハーフ＆ハーフ丼＠780
・馬路村はちみつゆず飲料＠180

ご飯はおかかご飯か白米が選べます。おかかご飯でお願いしました。
店員スタッフは元気があり、活気がある店舗です。
厨房では大きな火柱があがり藁焼きをしています。
4分待って藁焼きかつを定食です。
内容は、名物かつをの塩たたき、鰹おなか唐揚げ、鰹ネギトロ冷奴、サラダ、
あおさ味噌汁、おかかご飯（かつを節が載っています）、漬け物、
そして小瓶がありますが、かつをしょうがです。そして土佐のこいくち醤油 松の甘口も付いてきます。
品数が多いです。
かつをのたたきは5枚。
薬味はみょうが、にんにくスライス、玉ねぎスライス、青ねぎ、大葉、山葵、塩。
部厚めに切られたかつをとたっぷりとにんにくと玉ねぎを丸めて塩で頂きます。
塩で頂くと土佐っぽいですね。
かつをは臭みは一切なく、そして藁焼きの香ばしい香りで美味しい。
皮だけパリッと焼かれており、中は人肌くらいの温かさ。
まずまずの脂の乗り具合で、山葵を載せても良いですね。
私はあまりかつをは好きではないが、
赤坂の土佐料理店土佐料理 祢保希 赤坂店でかつおのたたきを頂いたときは美味しかったですね。
赤坂にはもう一店土佐わら焼き 龍神丸 赤坂店もあるが、あちらはイマイチ。
サラダはサニーレタスの上に紅芯大根、カボチャ。大根とカボチャをポリポリと頂きます。
鰹おなか唐揚げは、かりっと揚がっており、何の身だか分かりませんが、美味しい。
そして冷奴に載った鰹のネギトロは、ねっとりとした食感で癖がありません。
小瓶のかつをしょうがを頂きます。
しょうがが効いています。おかかご飯がススミマス。
ご飯とお味噌汁のお替りはどうですか？と店員スタッフさんがやたらにすすめてきましたが、
お替りしなくて十分でした。
かつをの藁焼き定食は内容が良く、美味しかったです。
オススメですね。
夜はうつぼの藁たたき、どろめがあるので、今度お邪魔してみたいです。
