赤坂にある土佐料理のお店です。オープンは2013年ですが、ずっと夜だけの営業でした。新型コロナの影響でしょうか、現在はランチ営業も行っています。
店内では鰹を藁で焼いています。炎が大きく上がるとスマホで写真を撮っている方もいますね。
なお、赤坂には高知のお店「祢保希」など、ランチタイムに鰹のたたきを楽しめるお店が他にも複数あります。
お店に入るとまず検温、そしてお店の方から手指に消毒用のアルコールを噴霧してもらいます。「予約していますか」と聞かれたのですが、ランチタイムでも予約が可能なようです。（実際、予約の⚪︎⚪︎です」といってお店を訪問した方もいました。
かつお漬け丼780円、釜揚げしらす丼780円、鶏の唐揚げ定食880円もありますが、ほぼ全員が「藁焼きかつお定食」1000円を注文しています。価格は税込。赤坂の他の土佐料理のお店よりも若干低めの価格設定となっています。
藁焼きかつお定食1000円（税込）
塩たたき、鰹の唐揚げ、鰹ネギトロ冷奴、サラダ、あおさ味噌汁、おかかご飯または白飯で構成。たたきは５切。祢保希と比べると、このお店の方が焼きは弱め。鰹の刺身により近い食感です。買鰹の肉質も柔らかめ。生臭さはありません。脂はのっています。
鰹の唐揚げ、鰹ネギトロなど鰹を存分に楽しめるランチ。これだけの品数で税込1000円はお得でしょう。実際、午後１時を超えても７割以上の座席が埋まっています。
上品なと比べると、品数が多くボリュームが多いのでお客さんに若い方が多いですね。
お店にはコロナ対策でいろいろ書かれています。「会話のボリュームをお控えください」
その通りだと思います。新型コロナの感染を防ぐためには飛沫感染に一番注意しなくてはならないですからね。ところがお店の方の声が大きい。気合い系の居酒屋っぽく....
今の時代、もっと声を落として欲しいですね。そんなこと思うのは神経質な私だけなのかな....
