アパホテルの並びにあるビルの1階。
かつて
「京焼肉 hana」

2013年6月オープン。
築地に姉妹店、
バル「ソル セビージャ」

ランチは4種、
お肉、お魚、バゲットサンド、キューバ風ライス
いずれも千円で提供。
店名のマリスケリアとは
スペイン語でシーフード専門のお店の事なので、
迷わず、
「お魚プレート」（1,000円）
をチョイス。
この日はサバのソテー。
パンかライス
ドリンクは
コーヒー、紅茶、エスプレッソ。
ライスでホットコーヒーでお願いする。
12時10分を回ると満席になる人気店。
フリーWi-Fiもあり、
聞くとPWを諳んじてくれる。
最初に温かいスープが届く。
大根、キャベツのスープ。
非常にあっさりとした仕上がり。
人によっては胡椒や粉チーズを足したくなるかも。
それから5分で
魚プレートとライスが届く。
多めの油でソテーしたサバに
さっぱり刻んだ野菜ソースがかかる。
トマト、マッシュルーム、レタスサラダが添えられる。
ソテーの野菜ソースは非常にあっさり、
サラダのビネガーも非常に控えめな味。
サバは臭みもなく、
下処理も十分。
ガーリックやバジルソースなど
もう少しパンチのある味付けでもいいかもしれない。
食べ終えると、
いいタイミングでホットコーヒー、
カップにはネスカフェのロゴ。
ランチタイムは若い人たちに人気のようである。
キャッシュで千円払ってご馳走さま。
スープ、ドリンクも付く構成で
千円はこの界隈ではとてもお得。
