月曜日の12時過ぎに到着。並ばずに入れました。
ほぼ全員が女性。私たち以外は全員女性でした。ゆったりとした落ち着く雰囲気で、確かに女性好みな印象があります。
ハンバーグとビーフシチューで悩みましたが、シチューに決定。1,200円でした。
待ち時間はやや長く、5〜6分でまずサラダと胡麻豆腐が供されました。サラダはキャベツの千切りという、きわめてシンプルなものですが、ドレッシングが美味しいです。柑橘系の果汁が混ざったサッパリとしたものでした。胡麻豆腐も蕩ける食感に胡麻の濃厚な旨味が広がり、これも、大変美味しい。
そのまた5〜6分後に、ご飯と味噌汁、それにビーフシチューが供されました。
ご飯は一粒一粒が立っていて丁度良い炊き具合です。これもとても美味しい。
ビーフシチューも、まず野菜の美味しさにやられます。味の濃厚さといい、丁寧にやや固めに仕上げられた焼き具合といい、素晴らしいの一言。肉もシチューのソースもとても美味しい。ただ一点だけ難を言えば、シチューがほんの少しだけ塩分が強いかな、と感じました。味噌汁もそこそこ美味しい(というかシチューなので、味噌汁にはあまり気が行きませんでした)。
ランチで来るのも良いですが、この「やや強めの味付け」が、ワインにはベストマッチだと思います。次回は是非、夜に来たいですね^_^
