Located in Tameike Sanno, the French restaurant "Mion" offers original Creative Cuisine based on Japanese Japanese-style meal, with a diverse mix of French cuisine and Italian Cuisine cuisine. The course menu uses seasonal ingredients in abundance, and guests can enjoy dishes that take into consideration their preferences, as well as wines and sake carefully selected by the head chef, who is a certified senior sommelier. From the entrance, the restaurant has a warm, homely atmosphere, as if you were invited to a friend's house. The head chef is Kuramochi Kunio. He has honed his skills in a variety of genres, including French, Italian, and Spanish Cuisine, and became head chef at Mion in 2014. The course menu starts with sashimi and Shiraae, and continues with French cuisine-style Meat Dishes and carefully cooked clay pot rice, all of which are a fusion of Japanese and Western cuisine. Hot and plump and glossy. [Main dish] "Red beef and black pork Hamburg" After receiving the order, they start kneading. A large Hamburg with plenty of cheese. A juicy Hamburg packed with the flavor of meat, giving it a meaty feel. (Because it's beef...☆ º ᴥ º) The garni is a rich variety of vegetables, including sautéed stick senor, eggplant, broccoli, purple radish, burdock, and thick shiitake mushrooms, to replenish your vitamins.
