赤坂の一ツ木通りにはたくさんの飲食店が立ち並ぶ。
その中で前から気になっている店があるのだ。
その店は「ワイン食堂 PASTARS」
その名の通り、ワインが色々と楽しめるお店のようだ。
店は地下にある為、はなまるうどんの横の階段を降りていく。
■■アットホームなイタリアン！
なんだか良さそうな雰囲気のお店だ！
店内にはワインを楽しむ人々の絵が描かれている。
全部で24席ほどで、そこまで広くはないがそれもまた良い！
アットホームなイタリアンといった感じだ。
さて、早速飲み物を頼んでいくぞ。
普段はまずはビール・・・といくところだが、ここはワインの店。
よし、いきなりワインで行くぞ！
■ドンカルロ・ロッソ（2,800円）
イタリア産のワイン。
この店の面白いところが、ワインメニューに「○○風」といった文言があり、このワインはどうやら土屋太鳳風らしい。
「若い中でも感じる芯の太さ」とのことで、なんとなく分からんでもない。
そこまで重くなく、果実の香りがあり非常に飲みやすいワインだ。
■甘熟フルーツトマトのカプレーゼ（825円）
まずは王道のカプレーゼ。
メニュー名通り。フルーツトマトがとても甘くておいしい！
■トリッパの完熟トマト煮込み（880円）
続いてはこれ。トリッパだ！
トリッパとはハチノスのことであり、これが大好物！
中でもトマト煮込みはメニューにあったら絶対頼んでしまうくらい好き。
赤ワインともよく合うし、これは最高だ。
■絶品！大人のボロネーゼ（1,430円）
さぁ、この店に来たらやはりパスタは外せない。
その中でもやたら気になっていたボロネーゼをチョイス！
肉感がしっかりあり、これまた赤ワインに合う！
モチモチの麺もこの店ならではだ。
■■赤ワインと美味しい料理を堪能！
アットホームな雰囲気でよかったし、料理も全部美味しかった。
個人的にはやはりトリッパは是非食べて欲しい。
今回飲んだワイン以外にもおいしそうなワインも色々あったし、料理ももっと食べたいものがあったから、また次行った時の楽しみにとっておこう。
それにしてもイタリアンってやっぱりはずさないなぁ・・・
やっぱり困った時はイタリアンで決まりだ。
