赤坂五丁目交番の交差点を曲がって直ぐにありますビルの2階が店舗。スタイリッシュなレストランてすが、鉄板焼き屋です。隠れ家のように目立ちません。
個室利用です。個室は大変ゆったりしてます。スタッフの接客もいいですね。
こちらでコース料理を楽しみました。
アミューズ３種 どれも美味しい！
続いてフォアグラ これは間違いない旨味。濃厚な味わい、尿酸値が気になります。
焼野菜5種、椎茸、ヤマイモ、ベビーコーン、筍、蓮根。シンプルに焼いた野菜がとても旨いです。これを塩と柚子胡椒で！甘味が増します。
創作鉄板焼きです。A5のフィレステーキをミディアムレアでいただきます。柔らかで上品な味わい。最高の肉質です。
食事は鉄板焼きリゾット。肉の旨味が入ったリゾット、言うことなしの美味しさでした。
