赤坂でランチタイム。
カジュアルにおいしいものをいただきたくて検索すると
コチラ、シェ・リョウさんが見つかりました。
赤坂の雑居ビルにある小さいながら趣のある扉を開けると、
カウンターが目に入り、窓際にはボトルが並んでいます。
なるほど、
バーのランチ営業ね、とあまり期待しなかったのですが・・・。
ランチはスープ、サラダ、メインのプリフィクスで構成され、
私はメインにスズキのパイ包み焼き、
～オマールエビのムースとともに～
を選びました。
スープはカレー風味の冷静。
この日は蒸し暑い日だったので、鼻腔をくすぐるスパイシーさが清涼でした。
そして豚タン（だったかな？）とタコのマリネのサラダ
ヴォリューミーかつ、
このタンのゼリー寄せもタコのマリネも柔らかくて、
調味料に頼りすぎていない味わいに
思わずワインを頼んじゃおうかなと迷いましたww
このサラダ、メニューにはシェフこだわりサラダと載っているだけあって
かなりこだわった感が伝わります。
そしてメインのスズキのパイ包み焼き
コロンと円形に包まれたパイの繊細さに、ほーっとなりました。
パリっと小気味よくパイを半分に割るとみっちりと詰まったスズキ。
オマールの風味が鮮烈で、これもワインが欲しくなる～。
失礼ながら勝手にカジュアルをイメージしていましたが
かなりこだわりを感じさせるお料理。
おひとり様でもカウンター席でフレンチがいただける
