I only eat one meal a day, and there are times when I want to get serious about my weekday lunch. Today, I finally made it. I came here to have lunch at a famous restaurant that deserves serious consideration. I'm looking for a baked pie! You can choose Seafood or beef. It's an additional charge, but I don't mind. Today is the day to get serious about lunch. I haven't eaten anything since yesterday's lunch, and I'll do a mini-fast and detox. It's a small, lovely French cuisine Restaurants. The interior is retro and nice. It feels like Restaurants in a corner of Paris, France, that serves the same old flavors. This is Akasaka, Tokyo. The water glass is also good. The rim of the glass is thin, so the water tastes delicious. It's a very good restaurant. It's small and not too decorated, but The first soup, vichyssoise. Yes. I'll be a repeat customer. It's already so delicious that I've decided. And a luxurious salad. It's like a carpaccio salad. It's sparkling, and the vegetables and fish are fresh. I'm already happy just from the salad. And here it is. Today's main dish. Baked wagyu beef pie. The visuals are amazing!! So wonderful! The garnishes are truffle cream, butter-sautéed turnip, gnocchi and bread. The stock is so delicious. They definitely use good butter. And then the wagyu beef pie is baked in a wrap. I cut a slit in the pie and eat it with the meat and pie crust. It's so delicious I was surprised. The balance of flavors between the pie crust, meat and sauce is perfect. Of all the elaborate dishes, it's one of the top five delicious things I've ever had in my life. Adding the truffle cream gives it an elegant change of flavor. I wonder if it's okay to feel so satisfied. The beef is shredded, so it's easy to eat with the pie. The pie crust isn't too hard, so it's easy to cut and very easy to eat. At the end, I put the sauce on the bread and finished it. It was the best. I was really satisfied with this lunch! That's the end of my meal for today. I'll come again. I've decided to become a repeat customer. I want to conquer the lunchtime menu. Thank you for the meal. I'd like to come again in the evening.
