こちらでは何度も美味しいパフェをいただいていますが
今夜はディナータイムで提供の
ハイティーをいただきました
相変わらずのスマートなサービスの
スタッフ様によって提供されたのは
素敵なアフタヌーンティツリー
ダウンライトの暗い店内での撮影はハードでしたが
何とか魅力を伝えようとがんばってみました
トップには苺やムース、エクレア等のスイーツ
中段にはスパイシーポークのサンドウイッチや
菜の花とホタテのココット トマトのカプレーゼ
下段には生ハムと
セイボリーたっぷりでお食事としていただけます
本来、デザートを最後にいただくのですが
うっかりTOPで美味しそうに輝く
苺やエクレアからスタートしてしまいました
旬の美味しそうな苺に誘われて…
そして続いてお皿で提供されるのは
鶏のリエット、鰹の藁焼きに蓮根サラダ添え
牛頬肉のコロッケ・バルサミコソース
こちらのお皿は、セイボリーとはいえ
本格的なお料理でソースまでしっかり作り込んでいて
リエットも、コロッケも、とっても美味しかったなあ
