寒すぎて体に良い温かいものを食べたい！！
コロナには負けない❗とのことで
赤坂見附駅10番口より徒歩数分の
『東京オーブン』さんへ✨
このへんは人通り少なめだけど、良いお店が沢山あるよ
お店入るとビストロ風おしゃれな雰囲気
結構広めな店内
この薄暗さ落ちつくー☺️
今回は3500円の薬膳鍋コースに（飲み放題別料金）
火鍋食べてみたかったが結構辛いとのこと
カレー0番の私はギブアップしそうな気がしたので
薬膳白湯鍋に
最初におしゃれな黒石プレートにアラカルトが
オニオンスープは新鮮な新玉を使用。
チーズとバケットがよく絡み一気に飲み干した！！
山芋コロッケは見た目の通りさっくさくで山芋の優しい甘みあり、単品で追加注文したいくらい美味しい✨✨
そしてびっくりしたのがムール貝❗
日本で2つしかないムール貝の養殖所
広島とこちらは岩手の遠藤さんところのムール貝
よくお店で出てくるのは外国産なのかな？
こちらのは臭みが全くなくプリプリの歯ごたえで絶品すぎた！
貝殻も輝いててきれい！下に敷いてあるわかめ美味しい✨
その次は天ぷらの盛り合わせ
ほたて、れんこん、さつまいも、かぼちゃなどなど
薄い衣でさくさくの天ぷらはあっという間に平らげた✨
そしてメインの鍋♥️
まず鍋がおしゃれ。小型で邪魔にならない。いい素材を使っていそうだ
栄養を考え5彩を使用した薬膳鍋。
八角、乾燥生姜、ナツメ、白キクラゲ、クコノミなどなどがスープに溶け込んでる
何やら薬膳料理研究家の安倍ららさんと東京オーブンさんがコラボしたメニューらしい
スープを飲んだ瞬間鼻から薬膳の香りが‼️‼️
これは体に絶品良い✨毎日食べたいよ
具材もきのこ類やイモ類、つみれと盛りだくさんで満腹
最後はこのスープを使用したリゾットでしめ
これは3500円じゃ安すぎるくらい
ドリンクはというと、国産の素材にこだわった果汁を使用。てんさい糖を使ったこちらも体に優しいドリンクばかり‼️
ゆず、れもん、でこっとぽんサワー3種いただきましたがどれも美味しい
オリジナルのジュースとサワーで割っており、一本千円ちょいで買えるが卸している店は少ないようだ。こちらも今度買って家でのみたい
おなかいっぱいなのに最後にかぼちゃプリンを頼んだ。
かぼちゃ感は強くないが、スプーンですくうとずっしり濃厚な味わいがやみつき
