１．訪店目的
・当日は赤坂見附エリアでのネタ拾いで、ランチのお店としての選店
２．お店の情報

・気仙沼産の極上ふかひれを大人の空間で味わえる中華料理屋さん
・営業時間 11:30～14:30 18:00～22:00
・定休日 土曜日（ランチ）、日曜、祝日

3．当日の混雑状況とお店の雰囲気
・平日の11:40頃の訪店で、先客＆後客共に無し
・お店が入っているビルには看板らしい物も無くて、表の
店外メニューの立て看板だけを頼りに入店です (;´Д｀)
・シェフとホール担当の若いお兄さんの2オペ
・超～高級と言った雰囲気ではないものの、落ち着いた雰囲気
4．接客
・ホールスタッフさんは、マニュアル以上の丁寧な対応
5．注文品
「フカヒレ」を暫く頂いておりませんので、以下の発注です。
■ふかひれ煮込みセット 2,000円
□海老のマヨネーズ和え
揚げ立てアツアツの海老に、甘さ控えめのソースが
イイ感じにからんで美味♡♡♡
□野菜の蟹あんかけ（レタス）
レタスのしゃっきり感も残っており、味付けはあっさり目！
□小付け（大根餅 ＆ チリソース）
「大根餅」のお味は濃厚さにやや欠けますが、辛さしっかり目の
チリソースとのマリアージュは中々であります (^.^)
□ふかひれ煮込み
湯気モウモウの熱々で、お皿も温めてあるのかも？？？
姿煮ではありませんので「フカヒレ」の量は少な目ですが、
お味は良いですね(^_-)-☆
□御飯、漬物、スープ
□アンニン豆腐
中華料理の良店で出て来る「杏仁豆腐」です。
6. 総括
客がいる前でホールスタッフに注意を与えるタイプのシェフなのは
チョット残念ですが、このお値段のランチにもかかわらず
コース料理の様に一品ずつ熱々の状態で提供してくれますので、
その点はと～ってもお勧めのランチでありまする～♬
ご馳走様でした。
