フカヒレ煮込みＢランチ2,000円
エビマヨ：車海老一本、これは初食！ボリュームも十分
大根餅：干しエビがいい味出してます。チリソースも新鮮
野菜の蟹あんかけ：白菜はトロトロにせず歯応えシャキ、蟹あんは上品な薄味
蟹玉スープ：主張しないソフトなお味。自分で作る時の参考になる塩加減
搾菜：フレッシュな搾菜は中々味わえない貴重品
フカヒレ煮込み：フカヒレの量は期待したほどではないが、お味は絶妙のバランスで深みあり
杏仁豆腐：ちょっとクリームがかったそれは、恵比寿筑紫楼以来の美味さ
烏龍茶はポットサービスで、しかも保温台が付いている。食べログの口コミ通りオーナーシェフがホール担当を常時叱責しており、小言程度だが気になるとちょっと不快。私はそれをギャグと捉えて、ハイ、ハイと歯切れ良くシェフの小言に応じるホール担当にエールを送って楽しみました。
11時30分の開店に合わせて訪問、その後予約客が2人×3組＆4人グループが1組。最後に予約無しの2人が入店して12時10分満席。
ランチに2,000円は贅沢だけど、ラーメン一杯1,000円と考えると、これはお値打ち！
