赤坂ランチのお話。
みすじ通り沿いにあるコリアンエリアにある
韓国海苔巻き”キンパ”が頂けるお店でランチ。
こちらでは”プレミアム海苔巻き”と言っています。
１Fには赤坂一龍 別館、赤坂韓国料理・焼肉 兄夫食堂 赤坂店。
青春キンパは２Fにありますが、お隣はパラグアイ料理店のレストラン アミーゴ。
両方合わせて”青春アミーゴ”。
初訪問です。
こちらは、2017年12月にオープン。長らく、みすじ通りに置いてあるランチの看板が気になっていました。
ガラスの大きな窓から明るい光が、さしています。
テーブル主体店内。
先客は１組とおひとり。ともに女性です。

イートインではキンパが1種しかなく、セットも2種しかありません。
これは残念ですね。
ラーメンやトッポギとキンパのセットもありますが、単品にすることに。

8分待ってキンパの登場です。
キンパはすし台に乗ってきました。
10切れです。恵方巻きのようです。
パンチャンは3種 モヤシナムル、キムチ、豆腐のコチジャン和え？。そしてスープ。
ハムキンパは、ハム、キュウリ、ニンジン、たくあん、玉子焼き、カニカマ。
ごはんは少なく、具材が中心。野菜と具材がしっかり詰まっています。
具材ぎっしりの”映える断面”です。
何もつけず、そのままで頂きます。
具材には味が付いているので丁度良いかな。きゅうりやたくあんの食感が良く、ご飯が少ないせいか、軽い味わい。
結構、好みですね。
スープは味噌味ですが、出汁はダシダですかね？
10切れと言っても薄く切られているので、重くなくあっさりと食べきりました。
これ気に入りました。キンパ美味しいですよ。
