19:00頃に訪問☺︎
ザッツ隠れ家レストラン。
看板も無いので分かりにくいと思いますが
こういうのが好きな方も多いはず。
2ヶ月くらい前の訪問なので
今とは少し内容が違うと思いますが
夏でも＂フグ＂料理のオンパレードです。
8〜9割フグを使ったコース。
フグ刺しはもちろんのこと、
焼きフグ、フグしゃぶなどなど
様々な形でフグを提供してくれます。
しかも、コースの途中では
目の前で火を付けるライブ調理もありました。
この時は完全に動画の出番です。
見て楽しいし、味も夏なのにすごく美味しかった。
中々夏にフグを食することがないから新鮮！
さすがフグをメインにしているだけあって
細部にまでこだわりを感じました。
帰りにはお土産でおかきもくれます♡
おかきも美味しかったです♡
お酒のいいつまみになります。
