会員制のフグ屋さん。知人に連れて行ってもらいました^ ^
入り口が階段の途中にあり少々わかりづらいので気を付けてください！
ふぐのフルコースですが、途中ででてきたはもと舞茸のお吸い物が優しい味で染みました^ ^
ふぐは全て美味しいのですが焼きふぐが絶品すぎました！！煙で匂いが服や髪に付きやすいですが、味は本当に美味しい。
コリコリで肉厚でジューシー。ここまで美味しい焼きふぐは初めてでした。
追加オーダーでウグイスという部位を初めて頂きましたが、焼き鳥の砂肝のようなお味で柔らかく程良い食感でこれまた美味でした。
お鍋からしめの雑炊、デザートまで出てくるスピードもちょうど良く大満足です。
また行きたい！！！
