Each town in Italy has its own traditional cuisine, and they all proudly say that it's like no other. We opened a restaurant specializing in Marche cuisine, which is rare in Japan, because we love the local area and want to convey the wonders of its food culture, which is close to its ingredients. The store name ``aniko'' means ``a lot of things little by little'' in the local dialect. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy small portions of many delicious foods, and the name reflects our desire to make many people happy.

We have a wide selection of Italian Cuisine wines, mainly from Marche. The delicious wines are selected by the owner-chef, who is a certified sommelier, to go with his own dishes. Prices start from ¥900 by the glass and ¥5000 by the bottle, so please feel free to ask us about your preferences and pairings with your dishes. We also recommend dishes made with the popular "charcoal grill." Charcoal grilling, which brings out the flavor of ingredients, is becoming a trend in Europe.

He spent 10 years studying in Italy, in the village of Barolo in Piedmont, the Maremma region in Tuscany, and Senigallia in Marche. At Senigallia, he learned all the techniques from Moreno Cedroni, a leading expert on seafood cuisine, and became the first Japanese main chef at a two-star restaurant in the Marche region. After demonstrating his skills at an Italian Cuisine restaurant in Tokyo, he became independent in 2019. Aniko, which opened after a long wait, is so popular that it was featured in Michelin and Gault & Millau in just over a year.
