北海道のお店をご存知の方にご紹介いただき行ってきました！
カニクリームコロッケは絶対に食べた方が良いとのこと。口コミにもいくつかありますが、本当にフレンチ？で食べるそれとは別物。ベシャメルソースももちろんの美味しさですが、なんと言ってもカニの身の割合が多くて驚きました！！
この日は毛ガニもあるとのことで［一杯のむき身］を注文。ほぐしてある分割高ですが、旨みが凝縮されたカニ身を頬張る贅沢に日本酒が進みます笑
ししゃもは一般的な樺太ししゃもではなく、日本近郊の海で取れた本物のししゃもとのこと。オスはとくに脂が乗って身がほろほろと柔らかく、今まで食べていたししゃもとは別物でした。
塩水ウニは、本当に苦手な人も食べられるであろう甘さで、臭みは皆無。よく言う「苦手なの？美味しいの食べたらきっといけるよ〜」が、本当なんだと思えました笑
書ききれないほど、食べた料理(お刺身の盛り合わせも、東京で食べられる鮮度と思えない美味しさ！珍味の鮭とば、かすべ、真だちの燻製盛り合わせも地味に日本酒1合は進んだほど、絶品の肴！！)はどれも美味しかったですが…個人的には、お通しの白い松前漬けがお金を払って小鉢いっぱいいただきたいほど、出汁の風味と臭みのない海鮮の旨みで絶品でした！！！
入口が奥まってて、なかなか路面店らしからぬ門構えですが、ぜひ北海道ならではの美味しさをたくさんの人に味わって欲しいです！！！
