今日は狙っていたお店がなんと臨時休業
何処のお店もどんどん埋まってきてランチ難民になりそう(>｡< )
一ツ木通りで「胡麻さば定食」の看板がふと目に入ったコチラへ
お茶の老舗土橋園の地下にあるお店
コレは盲点だったかも
洞窟へ入るみたいな階段降りて入った店内はテーブル席と個室
個室に通されて自家製胡麻さば定食@900をお願い
廊下の壁には日本酒がずらっと
牡蠣をメインにお魚系の居酒屋さんらしい
5分強で胡麻さば定食登場
まずはお味噌汁から頂きまーす
アラで出汁を取ったらしき味噌汁とご飯はお代わり自由との事
出汁は良いけどちっとくらいアラが入ってたらもっと良かったかなぁ
主役の胡麻さばは鮮度抜群な鯖をゴマだれに漬けられて旨し
このお値段なので脂ののりは今一つながら控えめゴマだれで素材の味わいをストレートに味わえる
小鉢の煮物もあっさり味
おかげでお茶碗のご飯でも丁度なバランス
デザートのコーヒーゼリーでリセットしてごちそうさま
鯵フライや看板の牡蠣も美味そうだし、選択肢としてはアリだなぁ
