Our very popular menu, raw samgyeopsal set. Our ``raw'' samgyeopsal is made with pork from Hokkaido and delivered to our customers without ever being frozen. The thick three-tiered pork belly has never been frozen, so the fibers of the meat are not broken, and the flavor is locked in, so it's full of juiciness!
