お取引先との会食、カジュアルな接待のような形で伺いました。
お店選び、大正解でした！
雰囲気が小洒落ていて、店内はすごくキレイです。
かといって料亭のような感じで敷居が高すぎるわけでもなく、会食でお邪魔するにはちょうど良い雰囲気でした。
会席料理も一つ一つが美味しくて、手の込んだものを少しずつたくさん頂ける内容になっていました。
日本料理らしく、スタッフの方が丁寧に料理の説明をしてくださるのも嬉しいですね。
そしてなんといっても日本酒です。
おさけとという店名どおり、圧巻の品揃えでした。
この季節は夏酒という夏に美味しい、喉越しが良くアルコール度数が控えめのスッキリとしたお酒を揃えているそうです。
スタッフさんに勧められるがまま注文したのは、羽根屋SHINEという富山の日本酒。
香りが良く、フルーティで少し甘みもあって、すごく美味しかったです。
次に飲むお酒もお聞きするとオススメを色々とご提案してくださるので、それを肴にして会話も弾みました。
上品な側面もありながら、現代風でカジュアルな日本料理屋さんという感じでした。
個室になっているので会食利用にちょうど良いですね。
お料理もお酒も大満足でした。
