赤坂Bizタワー近く、けっこう昔からあるビルの地下。地下に続く階段は複数あるので、ちょっと迷います。香港のビール屋さんですね。
ビール２パイント、料理２品で、〆て４７００円でした。タップは、レギュラー６種とゲスト４種。パイント（ＵＳ？）１２００円から１４５０円。ハーフ８００円から９５０円の値付け。まず、スィート・メモリーズ。イングリッシュ・ブラウンエールですが、苦味はなく、スィーツっぽい感じ。5.0％。２杯目は、Like the Wind。これは典型的なＩＰＡですね。料理は、品書きを見渡したところ、なんか甘めのが多そう。で、ビールに合うかな、と思って選んだのが揚げワンタン。中のエビの風味が強いな。甘いチリソースが印象的。後は、乾炒牛河（牛肉炒め米粉麺）を。黒っぽい感じですが、見た目に反して薄味。ビーフンかと予想しましたが、平打ち麺でした。まあ、総じて、ほかのビアバー、ビアパブでは味わえない体験となりました。
