赤坂に新しくできたネオチャイニーズ酒場に行ってきました。赤坂見附と赤坂の間くらいにある場所、「焼売スタンドしじみ」です。
赤坂見附から徒歩5分ほど、通りから1本奥に入った場所にネオ酒場らしい暖簾と提灯を見つけます。
カウンターにテーブル、お座敷あわせて30席ほど。おひとりにも良さそうですね！
この日は6千円の飲み放題コースをお願いしました。1品目は揚げ出し豆腐。
続いて、麻婆茄子。ちょいピリ辛めでお酒が進みます。
お酒は日本酒を追加！
豚焼売と蛸焼売の2種類盛り合わせ。お店の名物です！
ぷりっとジューシーで、噛み応えのあるお肉が最高です。蛸の弾力ある食感も楽しい〜。
ワンタンのフライはパリッパリ。ケチャップをつけていただきます。
サクサクでつい止まらなくなる味わいですね！
フライがまだまだ続きますよ。食べ応えもガツンとあります。
フライのソースにパンをあわせて。
そして、〆はさっぱりとした素麺。いつもの素麺よりもちょっと太めで、喉越しも良いです。
