Our specialty is our original homemade shumai. There are many variations such as ``normal, keema curry flavor, gapao rice style, green onion, and octopus shumai,'' so you won't get bored. We offer different types of shumai for each shumai, such as a dish full of vegetables or a dish stuffed with meat and shrimp. Please enjoy our proud masterpiece, which was completed after much trial and error, to your heart's content. takeaway is also OK!
Food Summer only! Cold Handa Somen
At our restaurant, we recommend somen as a finishing dish. The restaurant's name, ``Shijimi Dashi,'' is available hot and cold. (In summer, only cold soup is served) Handa somen noodles are used, and the chewy, slightly thick noodles are filling and perfect for this season!

There are 8 counter seats where you can watch the shumai being steamed. There are two sofa seats for 4 people. The raised tatami room seats are perfect for a variety of banquets.
