■Shimai Stand Shijimi I went to Shijimi Shumai Stand in Akasaka Mitsuke. This is a shumai, oden, and obanzai shop. Although it is called a stand, there are no Standing bar seats, so go to the counter seats. I wait for the shumai while snacking on the appetizer. ■6 pieces of selection shumai The shumai changes daily, but on this day there are 6 types. It came in a pack of 6 pieces, so I was able to eat just one of each type. These are the 6 shumai of the day!・Sauce ・Mapo ・Curry ・Octopus ・Lemon ・Chinjao When you open the steamer, you can smell the aroma of curry. When the curry is added, all the aroma is taken away. All shumai comes with a seasoning, so you can eat it as is. All of them are packed with ingredients. The texture of the octopus and chinjao bamboo shoots stands out. Each grain has a completely different taste and is interesting. ■Cheese Wiener Spring Rolls The Shumai was large and filling, so I finished it off with Wiener spring rolls and Onigiri. I feel like the charge is a bit high for casual customers, but it was a shop where you could fully enjoy shumai.
